If you look closely, you will notice a bee on one of the posts. It must have been dead; we sat on a bench right in front of it for about 15 minutes and it never moved. Maybe it was just taking a short nap—who knows. I really like this picture because there are red leaves on the ground, but in the background—through the bars—you can see some green leaves still left over. It’s a display of autumn in action; eventually the green leaves will also fade and fall to the ground. This happens every year—nature has a lot to teach us.
